Set within the innovative campus of Thermax Global in Pune, the auditorium refurbishment project brings together design, comfort, and modern technology to create a truly inspiring space for collaboration and learning. The scope includes thoughtful upgrades to every aspect of the interior, balancing increased capacity with signature style and utility.

The seating plan was successfully expanded from 149 to 175 places, equipped with ergonomic Steelcase chairs for maximum comfort during long events. Flooring and ceiling replacements introduce fresh materials and a clean aesthetic, while the acoustic panels are reimagined—removing the grid for a seamless, sound-optimised environment. Motorised blinds deliver precise control of natural light and privacy, and sophisticated AV systems, cabling, and lighting setups ensure the auditorium meets the needs of every presentation and performance.

Notably, writing pads are introduced for all seats to support learning and note-taking, and the podium is redesigned in wooden & stone veneer material for greater comfort & luxury. New colour palettes—neutral, warm, light, and dark—curated for chairs and carpets, along with a comparison of current versus proposed visuals, provide clear choices for stakeholders. The auditorium layout is flexible, featuring two options for steps: with and without, tailoring circulation and visibility as needed.
